Spark X 1300

Introduction

The Spark model has been conceived to offer highly dynamic performances thanks to the modern inverted "T" configuration. It is a compact machine deriving from the results of optimized studies with the aim of reducing floor space. The structures are extremely stiff and therefore guarantee highly accurate machining operations on workpieces with a maximum swing of 1300 mm.

Specifications

The self-supporting structure requires no interventions on the flooring and furthermore, the installation and handling times are much reduced due to the base being equipped with only 3 supporting points.The chip removal and coolant management systems are characterized by excellent performances and high efficiency. The Spark X 1300 Machining Center is equipped with an integrated automatic pallet changer which can be configured in an FMS with a pallet magazine ranging from 1 to 3 levels.

OPTIONS

Measuring Prob

The 3D measuring proble available on our HMCs is very compact and can be employed in the hardest working conditions. It is automatjically loaded by the tool magazine where it is housed and its efficient radio transmission system guarantees the work-piece geometrical data to be transmitted fast to the NC.

Laser Tool Presetting

The control unit is firmly fixed onto the table and it moves horizontally with it.The sliding covers fully protect the sensor since their shape prevents the chips from accumulating during machining operations. All the HMC movements are controlled by the NC.

Facing Head System

It is our application concerning the 5th axis facing head. On the top side of the head it is also available an NC-controlled motorization transferring the movement to the sliding bars. The motorized heads are automatically loaded from the tool magazine.

Tool Integrity Control

It is a direct contact tool integrity sensor mounted on the rack tool magazine which allows tools to be controlled in concealed time.

Air filter extractors

It is the aspiration system extracting the fumes generated by the pressurized coolant. The aspiration occurs inside the HMC box and it is extremely important to protect the working area but mainly the operator's health.
